Large room, very large and super clean bathroom. Water pressure was great even with the hotel being at full occupancy. The bathroom amenities were great. The view from our room was amazing (we were on the 18th floor). Two free bottles of purified water per day is always a nice touch in a country where the tap water is not for drinking. The breakfast buffet was superb, so big, so much variety, a great way to start the day. Also, during a week of typhoon related torrential rains, the in-house connection to the adjoining Galleria Shopping Mall was really great to have.

Almost everything I liked. The room was bigger than I expected, as well as the bathroom. I even liked the phone in the bathroom haha staff was amazingly friendly and helpful towards the quest. I recommend this hotel, especially the King Premier Room. The rooms are also noise proof even when there were other guests with children in the room next door (or it was the children of their visitors). 10 minutes walk to SM Megamall. I did not try to pool, so I won't say anything about that.

The staff were all congenial but they buss tables really quickly, as in I just finished my plate and they're there asking to pick it up already. Lol Beds were comfortable too, didn't ask for more pillows but I wish I had. I love their shower toiletries! Had a relaxing couple of evenings just soaking in the tub after long walks around the business district.
