Since 2011 every time we visit Philippines me made it sure that we will stay at Crown Plaza Galleria for a lot of good reasons. One, convenience going to Robinson mall, made it a lot easier to eat shop and have fun. Two, it feels really home here at Crown plaza from the food that we eat and how we were treated, we were not treated as guests, we were treated as family, hence we treat them as family as well. And last but not least, the staff that we have dealt with, From the check in counter last April 30, I forgot to get her name, the system is down at that time but she managed to handle all of the guest including us with grace and professionalism. The concierge who never gets tired of helping us from the luggages to questions on directions. To kuya Manong guard at the bridge on the 3rd floor who made simple funny conversation with us and kids making our stay enjoyable, simple gestures like does means a lot. The housekeeping lady on the 10th floor, very professional and very trustworthy. Keep up the good job. To the management of crown I know you work in the background but you always say hi to us with us with a smile is super awesome. And of course how can I forget the lounge team, Mao, Lia, Cheska, Lyka and Dan. Made our stay very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a 5 star service. Keep up the good work and for sure you'll have a guaranteed success in your careers. All the best! More power to IHG especially to Robinsons Crown Galleria. Every family should stay here!

Large room, very large and super clean bathroom. Water pressure was great even with the hotel being at full occupancy. The bathroom amenities were great. The view from our room was amazing (we were on the 18th floor). Two free bottles of purified water per day is always a nice touch in a country where the tap water is not for drinking. The breakfast buffet was superb, so big, so much variety, a great way to start the day. Also, during a week of typhoon related torrential rains, the in-house connection to the adjoining Galleria Shopping Mall was really great to have.

The breakfast buffet was delectable and we had it for 2 days. It was so satisfying. The staff were all congenial but they buss tables really quickly, as in I just finished my plate and they're there asking to pick it up already. Lol Beds were comfortable too, didn't ask for more pillows but I wish I had. I love their shower toiletries! Had a relaxing couple of evenings just soaking in the tub after long walks around the business district.

Hotel was conveniently located with access to the mall which is good for family with young kids. Exceptional staff service with all of our requests provided and even upgraded to executive suite upon check in at no additional cost. I liked that the room temp kept our stay cool and the water pressure was strong to enjoy the bath and shower. Breakfast also was excellent.
