The breakfast buffet was delectable and we had it for 2 days. It was so satisfying. The staff were all congenial but they buss tables really quickly, as in I just finished my plate and they're there asking to pick it up already. Lol Beds were comfortable too, didn't ask for more pillows but I wish I had. I love their shower toiletries! Had a relaxing couple of evenings just soaking in the tub after long walks around the business district.

Large room, very large and super clean bathroom. Water pressure was great even with the hotel being at full occupancy. The bathroom amenities were great. The view from our room was amazing (we were on the 18th floor). Two free bottles of purified water per day is always a nice touch in a country where the tap water is not for drinking. The breakfast buffet was superb, so big, so much variety, a great way to start the day. Also, during a week of typhoon related torrential rains, the in-house connection to the adjoining Galleria Shopping Mall was really great to have.

Great location as it is in the middle of north and south part of metro. I always enjoy their breakfast as they have good options and lots of Filipino food available. So there is an access to the shopping mall which is very convenient. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

I like how we had a spacious corner room which was what we requested. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious as well. The toilet is like in the US, strong pressure and can use toilet paper. The Staff at lobby are all great especially concierge. You can leave your luggage with them and they assist you in finding your Grab car. Very helpful!

Hotel was conveniently located with access to the mall which is good for family with young kids. Exceptional staff service with all of our requests provided and even upgraded to executive suite upon check in at no additional cost. I liked that the room temp kept our stay cool and the water pressure was strong to enjoy the bath and shower. Breakfast also was excellent.

The room was larger than expected, the bathroom was also larger than expected. I would have booked the room for the shower alone. The staff was exceptional, very friendly, very accommodating, just over the top with the service. I've stayed at other 5 star hotels in Manlla, but I will be staying at this hotel on my next upcoming trips.

Almost everything I liked. The room was bigger than I expected, as well as the bathroom. I even liked the phone in the bathroom haha staff was amazingly friendly and helpful towards the quest. I recommend this hotel, especially the King Premier Room. The rooms are also noise proof even when there were other guests with children in the room next door (or it was the children of their visitors). 10 minutes walk to SM Megamall. I did not try to pool, so I won't say anything about that.

The proximity to the mall downstairs. Buying foods, shopping and watching movies is so convenient. Distance to the train station and other shopping area is very good.
